Notes

• Email is our preferred contact channel and the fastest way to get a fitment check — send a photo

of the back of your vehicle and the hitch, plus make, model and year.

• If we’re under a car when you ring, leave a message and we’ll ring you back.

• Reply windows shift on public holidays and over Christmas. Weekend messages are answered

first thing Monday.

• Orders are dispatched from our third-party warehouse in Sydney, NSW. Returns are sent to the

address we give you when your return is approved — please don’t ship to Balcatta without an RA

number.
