Yes. It's a genuine pass-through hitch, ADR compliant, and it keeps your 3.5-tonne tow rating. The catch is that the rack and the trailer share one tow point, and most vehicles cap tow-ball download at 350kg. Rack light (about 80kg) you've got around 2,700kg of trailer; rack fully loaded, around 2,000kg. Towing heavy and carrying heavy? Ring us first.

Yes. Brake lights, indicators and tail lights are integrated into the swing-away frame and the number-plate holder is lit, so nothing is obscured and there's no separate lighting board to buy. The system is ADR compliant.

You choose when you order. Driver's side is the default, because most awnings sit on the passenger side.

No. It slides into the receiver and one M16 high-tensile bolt clamps it in. Nothing is left behind on the car when it comes off.

In most cases, yes, and we'd rather say so plainly. Most owners switch the factory sensors off while the rack is on. The Solar Reversing Camera mounts to the rack where it can actually see.

It's a clamped joint, not a slip fit — an internal pinch block plus the M16 bolt pulls the hitch bar hard into the receiver, and the anti-rattle hitch bracket and anti-wobble locking pin come in the box. If play ever develops, the wear parts are replaceable and we post them out.

Defects in materials and workmanship — a weld that fails under normal use within the system's ratings, steel or threads that weren't right when they left us. If we built it wrong, we make it right. Full terms on the warranty page.

Lifetime on the structure, three years on the powder-coat finish, two years on electrical, twelve months on hardware and fasteners. That sits on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law. The warranty is for the original purchaser and doesn't transfer if you sell the gear second-hand.

Photograph the packaging and the damage and email us within 48 hours with your order number. Freight damage is on us — we send the replacement first and chase the carrier ourselves.

You've got 30 days from delivery. Fit it to check fitment, but don't load it up or take it out on the tracks — once it's been used it isn't resaleable. Back in the original packaging with all hardware, return freight at your cost, and we refund the product price. Full detail on the returns page.
