At Novaa Gear, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent shipping experience for all of our customers within Australia. Please read through our shipping policy to understand how we handle shipping, delivery times, and other important details.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within Australia. If you are located in a remote area or would like to save on shipping costs, we offer the option to ship your order to the nearest Pack & Send depot for collection.
Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates are fixed and calculated based on the weight of your order. You will see the applicable shipping rate during checkout. We do not currently offer free shipping or any other shipping promotions at this time.
Shipping Carriers
We use Pack & Send for all of our deliveries, ensuring that your products are handled with care and delivered to your location in a timely manner. We currently only offer standard shipping and do not have express or overnight shipping options available.
Production & Processing Time
Please note that our products are made to order, and as such, there is a production time of 4 to 6 weeks before your order is ready to ship. Once production is complete, we will process and ship your order.
Estimated Delivery Time
After production and processing, the estimated delivery time within Australia is 6 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking numbers, which will be provided via email once your order has shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package and stay updated on its status.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
In the unlikely event that your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, please reach out to our customer service team at support@novaagear.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome.
Shipping Restrictions
While we aim to ship across Australia, certain remote areas may incur longer shipping times or additional costs. If you're located in a remote area, we can ship your order to the nearest Pack & Send depot for collection.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return a product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We ask that you keep the original packaging for repacking and sending the item back. Please refer to our 30-Day Trial Period for more information on returns and conditions.
