How long until I get a reply?

During business hours (M–F 8–5 AEST) we aim for under an hour. Worst case, same day. Weekend messages land first thing Monday.

Can you tell me if it fits without ordering?

Yes — that's most of what we do here. Send a clear photo of the back of your car plus the vehicle, year, and trim. We'll confirm mounting position, hitch compatibility, and any quirks. Free, no pressure.

Where's my order — when does it ship?

Standard dispatch is 3–5 business days from order. Tracked freight after that: 5–10 business days metro, 7–14 regional.

Something arrived bent or scratched.

Tell us within 7 days with a couple of photos. Freight damage is on us — we sort the replacement and the return freight at our cost.

Do you do trade or stockist pricing?

Yes. 4WD shops, install bays, and fleet outfits — we've got a dealer kit and a trade pricing tier. Pick "Stockist" on the form above.

Can I visit the workshop?

Yep — by appointment so we're not mid-welder when you turn up. Drop us a message with a rough day and we'll lock a window in.

I'd rather we talk to you before you order than after. Five minutes here saves a hassle on Friday arvo when you're trying to load up.

Hard fitment questions, weird tow setups, anything outside the brochure — send a photo, tell me what you're running, I'll give you a straight answer. If a different setup would suit you better, I'll say so.

If you've already got our gear and something's gone wrong, same deal. Mate, just send a message. We'll sort it.
